The living room contains TV, DVD and VCR which opens onto a front patio with a large new BBQ and locally crafted outdoor setting. Air conditioning in main areas, lock up under cover parking and full laundry facilities.
Light and airy, the villa has several choices of casual eating areas. Eating can be inside, or outside on the balcony, taking advantage of the day or evening and watching the sea view. The new, modern kitchen is fitted with all appliances, cooking equipment and a large walk in pantry.
